In these Terms & Conditions:
“Reformed Body”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Reformed Body Ltd.
“Member” means any person who registers for, books, purchases,
or attends any class, session, membership, programme, or facility with Reformed Body.
“Studio” means the Reformed Body premises, facilities,
equipment, and any location where Services are provided.
“Services” means all classes and wellness offerings
including Reformer Pilates, Tower Pilates, Hot Pilates, infrared sauna,
ice plunge, private sessions, workshops, and related services.
“Website” means the Reformed Body website and any
associated booking platform used to access Services.
By booking, purchasing, attending, or using any Services at Reformed Body,
you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and
our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when
published on the Website. Continued use of Services following an update
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Members must be at least 18 years old.
Individuals aged 16–17 may attend only with written consent from a
parent or legal guardian and subject to approval by Reformed Body.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, suspend access, or terminate
membership where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with
the standards of the Studio.
Where access is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms,
refunds will not be provided.
Members confirm they are medically and physically fit to engage in
exercise, heat exposure, and cold exposure.
Members must seek medical advice before participating if they:
• Are pregnant or post-natal
• Have heart or blood pressure conditions
• Have respiratory conditions
• Have injuries or dizziness history
• Have sensitivity to heat or cold
Members must inform instructors of any medical condition prior to
each session.
Reformed Body reserves the right to refuse participation where health
or safety may be at risk.
Physical activity, strength training, and temperature exposure involve
inherent risks.
By participating you acknowledge that:
• Participation is voluntary
• Physical activity carries risk of injury or illness
• You accept these risks
Members must monitor their physical condition and stop immediately
if they feel unwell.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury
resulting from negligence under UK law.
Subject to this, Reformed Body shall not be liable for:
• Injury arising from participation
• Participation contrary to medical advice
• Loss of personal belongings
• Temporary unavailability of services
All services must be booked and paid for in advance through our Website or authorised booking platform. Cancellation windows and no-show policies are displayed at booking. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in loss of session credit or charges. Class packs and memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Reformed Body reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, substitute instructors, or amend timetables. Access to services may be suspended where payments fail or are declined.
Class packs and memberships activate on the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period. Memberships may include minimum commitment terms or notice periods. Membership freezes may be offered at our discretion and may involve administrative fees. Pricing structures may change with reasonable notice.
Members joining a waitlist may be automatically enrolled if a space becomes available. Once enrolled from a waitlist the standard cancellation policy applies. Members must maintain sufficient credits for waitlist bookings.
New Members must arrive 10 minutes early for their first session. Entry may be refused more than 5 minutes after class start. Spaces may be reassigned if a Member does not arrive on time. Mobile phones must remain silent during sessions. Photography or recording inside the studio requires prior consent. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of Members. Grippy socks must be worn during applicable classes.
Use of sauna and ice bath facilities is voluntary and undertaken at the Member’s own risk. These facilities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Members must follow all safety guidance and recommended time limits. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the facility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
